This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.
The information we collect
If you use the quote form or phone us, we take your name, phone number and the postcode of the property, plus your email address and notes about the job if you choose to give them. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
Why we use it
It lets us price the job, arrange the visit and contact you about the booking. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to take the steps you asked for before a contract, and after that our legitimate interest in carrying out the work.
Keeping your details
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who has access
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. We never sell your information or share it with marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ring 020 8077 8524 and ask, and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are not satisfied.
