Have a rough list ready: how many bedrooms, whether the front rooms are knocked through, how many flights of stairs, and any rugs, sofas or mattresses. Mention parking too, particularly near Stamford Bridge or Craven Cottage on a match day, and whether there is a lift. You will find all our figures on the prices page, and if you are near the green, Parsons Green has its own notes.
